2026 Summer Explorations catalog is live

Looking for engaging summer learning opportunities for your child? Check out Blue Valley Schools’ Summer Explorations program. This program offers a range of one-week, hands-on experiences for students entering first through eighth grade in the fall. Mark your calendars — enrollment opens 8 a.m. March 24. All summer programs will be held in person unless otherwise noted.

Chinese Immersion program application is now open through March 23. The program for incoming kindergarten students broadens horizons, enhances cognitive skills and teaches second language skills. Selection is based on a random lottery, with no preference for early/late submissions. Siblings of current immersion students will have preference, regardless of home school.

BV Unmuted explores CTE programs

In the latest episode of BV Unmuted, Superintendent Dr. Chapman is joined by Blue Valley High senior Kennedy Zellers, Blue Valley alum and business owner Ethan Kushnir and Director of Career Ready Programs Adam Wessel, to discuss the rapid growth Blue Valley’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Together, they discuss the skills today’s businesses value most and how CTE is equipping students with the knowledge and real-world experience they need to succeed in the future.
